The client had a clear vision for a high end, minimalist website that would professionally showcase their property developments, CGI renders and photography. Large galleries were incorporated throughout, allowing the imagery from each development to take centre stage.
We worked collaboratively with the client to tailor the website around their existing branding and personal taste. Built in WordPress, the large high resolution renders were carefully resized and compressed for faster loading while retaining their visual quality. The finished website was hosted on our servers and included professional email accounts and contact forms for property enquiries.
With the desktop website complete, we developed responsive layouts to provide a consistent experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Built using WordPress and Cornerstone, layouts were individually adjusted for different screen sizes rather than simply scaling down the desktop design.
Separate imagery was prepared for desktop and mobile where appropriate, helping the large property photographs and CGI renders retain their visual impact while improving performance on smaller devices.
Following final testing, the website was launched on our managed hosting, including domain configuration, SSL and professional email accounts. As the client primarily generated business through recommendations and word of mouth, ongoing organic SEO was not required for this project.
