Our hosting and support service is designed to give you complete peace of mind once your website is live. Reliable hosting plays a vital role in the performance of any website, affecting speed, security, uptime, and the smooth running of business emails and day to day content. We provide secure hosting packages for our in-house WordPress websites of all sizes, with ample space for larger image led builds, eCommerce websites, and growing businesses that need dependable performance over time.
Alongside hosting, we also offer optional ongoing website support and maintenance, making it easy to keep your website updated, secure, and functioning as it should. This can include WordPress updates, content changes, troubleshooting, general maintenance, and practical assistance whenever needed.
By keeping your website design, hosting, and support in one place, we offer a far more straightforward experience than juggling multiple providers. Rather than dealing with technical jargon, support tickets, or third party hosting companies, you have a single point of contact who understands your website and can help keep everything running smoothly. It is a practical, dependable service designed to support your business long after launch.
What is Hosting,
and Why Do I Need It?
Hosting, simply put, is a space where all of the files that make up your website are stored online, so it can display when someone visits your domain (i.e. www.yourcompanyname.com). Your professional emails are also stored in the same space, including anything else that is connected to your website (e.g. SSL certificates).
Having hosting is the only way a website can appear and function online - think of it as renting a car parking space. All files need to be stored on a 'cloud' (i.e. our servers) in order for it to display. We offer a friendly approachable hosting service, managing everything for you so you don't have to deal with any of the technical jargon.
Hosting - £199 per year
Domains from £24.99 per year
Your professional emails are also included in the above hosting package. You will have at your disposal up to 10 email addresses, all at a massive 10GB for each inbox. Having a professional email address (e.g. info@yourcompanyname.com) is a much better first impression than messaging customers via a hotmail, yahoo or gmail address.
We help our clients set up their new professional email addresses on all types of devices, with handy short 2 minute video tutorials on how to connect them to popular software on PCs, Macs, Android and iPhones, so you can check them in the office or even on the go.
Add an additional 10GB to your inbox - £34.99 per year
SSL certificates are now a requirement for all websites, as without them your site will display the message 'not secure'. We offer security certificates for a very competitive price, and install them for you (unlike companies like Go Daddy who offer options to install them yourselves, which is a very complicated and technical process).
Without an SSL certificate installed, malicious or spammy content could be injected into your site, and either crash it entirely or add links that take customers to dubious places. Protect your website from hackers and have the peace of mind that the SSL is renewed and managed once a year from our end, so you don't need to do a thing.
SSL Certificates - £79.99 per year
It's a good idea to have your website accessible on our backup system, so that if anything goes wrong we can bring it back online in a jiffy.
If not subscribed to our backup service, our clients are responsible for their own backups (we highly recommend using a plugin to accomplish this). This will obviously require some knowledge of Wordpress - we offer this option as some of our clients prefer to be in control of this themselves.
If you choose our backup service, you will rest easy knowing we will handle everything our end, and should anything go wrong we can bring the website back up in no time using our weekly backups framework.
Website Backups - £99.99 per year
