The website for 307 Trinity needed to reflect the prestige of a multi million pound London property development and appeal to prospective buyers at the highest end of the market. Using a property brochure supplied by the client as initial inspiration, we were given creative freedom to develop the design.
Professional photography and CGI renders were combined with interactive 360° panoramic views, allowing visitors to explore the property in greater detail. Dedicated content showcasing the surrounding London area was also incorporated, while bespoke graphic design elements were created throughout to give the website its distinctive, sophisticated finish.
The website was built in WordPress, providing a flexible framework for integrating the extensive imagery, CGI renders and interactive content while maintaining a seamless experience throughout the site.
As the client already hosted another website with us, an additional hosting package was created on our servers for 307 Trinity. An SEO campaign wasn't required as the development was being promoted through other marketing channels, allowing the website to focus entirely on presenting and selling the property. The finished website remains a timeless piece of design that balances visual impact with information, and is a project we are particularly proud to feature in our portfolio.
