Animation has been a lifelong passion of mine and something that has fascinated me for more than 35 years. My journey began with stop motion around the age of ten, borrowing my father's camcorder and endlessly pressing record and stop until I eventually wore the video heads out. I grew up inspired by the incredible work of Aardman Animations and the timeless charm of Wallace & Gromit, which sparked a passion that has stayed with me ever since.

As animation evolved, so did my interests. I went on to study Computer Animation and Special Effects at degree level, working in digital 2D animation and Adobe After Effects. It quickly became clear that animation would become an essential part of modern marketing as technology advanced and professional creative tools became widely accessible. I began producing animated content for early websites and social media, recognising the opportunities long before short form digital content became the industry standard.

Following my degree, I worked within a graphic design company where I expanded my expertise into digital signage, animated television menus, motion graphics, advertising, and social media content. Since then, I have helped hundreds of businesses strengthen their brands through engaging animation, producing everything from promotional motion graphics and animated explainer videos to digital advertising, web animation, and content for social media platforms.

Today, I create everything from full scale YouTube productions to Instagram Reels, TikTok campaigns, product Stop Motion, educational animations, and engaging 2D explainer videos. With more than 20 years of professional experience using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects, I also produce layered vector animations and character animation for a wide range of commercial applications, from educational content and corporate presentations to marketing campaigns and advertising. Whatever the project, my focus remains the same: creating animation that is visually refined, purposeful, and designed to help businesses communicate more effectively.
