Markell Ltd required a professional website aimed specifically at trade clients looking for specialist powder coating and aluminium fabrication services. With an extensive range of finishes and capabilities available, the website was structured around dedicated pages explaining each individual coating service.
Photography from Markell's warehouse was incorporated throughout, showcasing the equipment, processes and techniques used by their team alongside examples of finished metalwork. The website also presented their aluminium pressings, soffits and bespoke fabricated pieces, providing trade customers with a clear understanding of the company's capabilities. The result was an informative, industry focused website designed around Markell's specialist metal finishing services.
The Markell website was developed in WordPress with responsive layouts created specifically for desktop, tablet and mobile devices. With a large number of specialist coating services to present, navigation and page structure were carefully considered to make technical information straightforward for trade visitors to find.
A video header was created for the homepage, with footage edited and separately optimised for desktop and mobile displays to retain visual quality while reducing file sizes. Images throughout the website were also prepared for online use to support efficient performance. Following final testing, the website was launched on our managed web hosting, allowing us to oversee the hosting environment and ongoing technical requirements.
